Drawing on his culinary journey across Asia and Europe, Chef Lee transforms the reunion dinner into a refined yet heartfelt experience that honours family and celebration.
What truly distinguishes Cougar Lee's CNY experience is its complimentary DIY Dumpling Experience! A warm, communal moment inviting guests to wrap pork and prawn dumplings together at the table. This interactive tradition echoes the spirit of togetherness, with "lucky" dumplings hiding surprise egg yolk or cheese fillings that symbolise gold and good fortune in the year ahead.
