Curated by Executive Chef Rene Oskam, the selection spans renowned oyster regions, from the briny depth of La 1930 Belon to the elegant, balanced profile of Tsarskaya No. 4, each shucked to order and served at peak freshness.
Beyond the oyster showcase, the brunch offers a well-rounded spread that caters to diverse palates. Highlights include the Create-Your-Own Salad Bar, alongside heartier indulgences such as Grilled Slipper Lobster and weekly Slow-Roasted Beef carvings. The Pumpkin Ravioli live station adds a refined, comforting touch, while pass-around bites provide a dynamic flow to the dining experience.
