Ya Ge's 'Prosperity in Full Bloom' is available for dine-in and takeaway from now to 3 March 2026. The offering spans six curated set menus (from intimate to grand), à la carte highlights and festive goodies perfect for gifting or reunion hosting.

🥢Prosperity Yu Sheng with Yellowtail and Crispy Eel — Fresh yellowtail sashimi with crisp eel and dried shredded codfish atop crisp shreds of carrot and radish, nuts and seeds. The house-made citrus dressing elevates every bite with brightness.

🍲Double-boiled Golden Fish Maw with Asian Moon Scallop and Imperial Tribute Chrysanthemum — The broth, made from old hen slow-simmered to extract deep savoury depth, cradles prized fish maw and moon scallops.

🐟Steamed Yellow Croaker in Chicken Broth with Fennel — The clean sweet notes of fennel, rosemary and thyme gently infuse the yellow croaker as it steams in rich chicken broth.

🦞Stir-fried Australian Lobster with Glutinous Rice Wine Sauce — Inspired by Beijing-style stir-fry, glutinous rice wine and Pi Xian broad bean paste bring subtle warmth and complexity.
