Anto Pizza e Aperitivi, nestled in a heritage shophouse on Jiak Chuan Road, offers an authentic Italian dining experience that seamlessly blends traditional flavors with modern creativity. Helmed by cousins Giancarlo Mancino, a renowned bartender, and Antonio Brancato, a master pizzaiolo, the restaurant has garnered acclaim for its artisanal pizzas and innovative cocktails.
For Restaurant Week Spring 2025, Anto Pizza e Aperitivi presents a thoughtfully curated dinner menu that captures the essence of Italian cuisine with a contemporary flair. At $58++ per pax, the 3-Course menu consists of:
1️⃣ Starter
Crocche or Classic Bruschette
The Classic Bruschette stands out as a testament to simplicity done right. Crispy sourdough topped with oven-baked tomatoes, garlic olive oil, and fresh basil, delivering a burst of freshness in every bite.
2️⃣ Mains
Melanzana or Parma Ham or Rustica
Rustica is a signature creation by Chef Antonio, the Rustica combines tomato sauce, salsiccia fresca (fresh fennel pork sausage), smoked Scamorza cheese, radicchio, and rosemary. This pizza is celebrated for its harmonious blend of flavors and textures, offering a savory experience that resonates with both traditionalists and adventurous eaters.
3️⃣ Dessert
Margherita Dolce Fried or Tiramisu
While Anto’s tiramisu offers a classic end to the meal with its rich layers and balanced sweetness, Margherita Dolce Fried is an inventive dessert that transforms the classic pizza into a sweet treat. Deep-fried dough is adorned with sweetened tomato sauce, soya cream, and a mint reduction.
The bar, a focal point of the restaurant, showcases Giancarlo’s mixology prowess, offering cocktails like the Pineapple Pizza Negroni—a unique blend that includes Big Kahuna Pineapple Gin, ham, tomato bitters, Mancino Vermouth Bianco, and freeze-dried mozzarella.
