Charr'd

Charr'd

Calling all beef and steak lovers! Brace yourselves for an exciting culinary journey at Charr'd, Singapore's first halal restaurant to introduce the exquisite A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef from the Mie Prefecture.

Mie Wagyu, renowned for its rich flavor derived from its unique fat marbling, takes center stage at Charr'd. Three tantalizing options await you: the A5 Ribeye, the A5 Sirloin, and the A5 Tenderloin. Grilled to perfection and seasoned with a delicate touch of flaky salt, these 100-gram servings of Japanese Wagyu will transport your palate to new heights of indulgence. For the ultimate experience, gather your friends or family and opt for the Heavenly Meat Board. Priced at $198 and serving 3-4 people, this platter showcases a medley of select cuts, accompanied by your choice of two delectable sauces.

There’s also a range of sides for sharing, such as the Salmon Cube Tare featuring charred salmon belly nuggets glazed with yakiniku no tare and served with snow pea shoots and caramelized onion. Vegetable options are equally enticing, with dishes like the Charr'd Broccoli. Charred over an open fire, the crunchy broccoli is tossed with roasted pine nuts, chili shavings, bonito flakes, and a miso vinegar dressing that tantalizes the palate. For a creamy delight, indulge in the Cream'd Moonlight Spinach, where spinach cooked in a rich Parmigiano-Reggiano cream is enhanced with charred pine nuts, nutmeg, and an onsen egg.

For a sweet end, the House Croffles make for satisfying bites of waffle-pressed croissant topped with dark chocolate gelato, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry on top.

Wash it all down with a selection of drinks including exciting mocktails like Muscat Kick Fix, a fruit concoction of white grape, elderflower, orange and sprite soda.
