Choon Hoy Parlor at The Capitol Arcade
A year after its debut on Beach Road, Choon Hoy Parlor reopens in a new home at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski, beside sister restaurant The Masses.
Founded in tribute to Chef Dylan’s late mother, CHP first won hearts with soulful dishes rooted in hawker heritage and home-style warmth. Now, at CHP 2.0, Dylan and Head Chef Benji Chew present a refreshed dining experience that is bigger, bolder, and more ambitious, while staying true to its spirit of accessibility.
CHP 2.0 celebrates Singapore Soul Food - a multi-cultural cuisine of heirloom recipes and hawker classics, guided by the ‘3H’ philosophy of Heritage, Heirloom & Heartstrings. The result are dishes that honour tradition while embracing contemporary flair.
