Cygnet Singapore — Irish Culinary Month with Bord Bia
Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) is bringing a month-long Irish culinary extravaganza to Singapore with A Taste of Ireland, showcasing the finest grass-fed beef, sustainable seafood and rich dairy straight from the Emerald Isle.
From now to 10 April, five top restaurants are dishing out exclusive menus packed with bold flavors and premium Irish ingredients.
At @carnabysg , The Gaelic Feast (S$64) takes center stage with melt-in-your-mouth Irish Angus beef ribs braised in Teeling Small Batch Whiskey and Coke, served with creamy champ, a traditional Irish mashed potato dish.
Over at @sarnies.sg , Salted Irish Brisket Reuben (S$28) is made with Dawn Meat’s Irish grass-fed Irish brisket, carefully cured and slow-cooked for deep, robust flavour.
@santis.sg brings an Italian twist to Irish produce such as the Irish Steak Au Poivre (S$120) made with John Stone grass-fed, dry-aged Irish beef. Don’t leave without the Pot de Crème (S$12) a smooth, indulgent finale, enriched with the signature richness of Avonmore dairy.
For a comforting Irish classic, @cygnetsingapore serves up Báinín Pudding (S$18)—a golden-baked, spice-infused bread and butter pudding served with a luscious Avonmore Irish cream vanilla sauce for a creamy, decadent finish.
And at @mandalaclub.sg , indulge in the Grilled Irish T-Bone Steak (S$158, serves two) and Guinness Braised Beef Cheeks (S$35), made with John Stone grass-fed, dry-aged Irish beef. There’s also plump, briny Irish Oysters Kilpatrick (S$8 each), incorporating Gallaghers Oysters in a bold combination of bacon, Worcestershire sauce, and a hint of Tabasco.
Beyond the flavors, A Taste of Ireland celebrates sustainability, with Origin Green ensuring every bite is ethically sourced and environmentally responsible.
So, grab your forks and raise a glass—this St. Patrick’s, Ireland’s best is right here in Singapore!
