When vegetarian fare can often be pigeonholed into “healthy but bland,” Elemen’s latest thematic menu - Thai Dee-Licious, is a bold reminder that plant-based dining can be just as vibrant, flavorful and inventive as any meat-centric feast.
Running from now till 31 October 2025, this new offering is an eight-course homage to Thai cuisine reimagined via vegetarian artistry, an opportunity that both Thai food aficionados and veggie-curious diners will not want to miss.
At S$42.80++ (Member Price: S$38.80++), the menu includes:
🌱Elemen Thai Appetiser
A trio of Thai-inspired bites - a crispy dumpling with curried vermicelli, a fragrant pandan “chicken”, and a spicy mushroom tartlet.
🌱Thai Green Papaya Salad
Crisp papaya and carrot ribbons tossed with mango, chili padi, lemon, and plant-based belacan. A refreshing medley of sweet, sour and spicy.
🌱Tom Yum Soup
Arguably one of the hardest dishes to replicate in vegetarian form, Elemen leans into mushrooms and a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal and cilantro.
🌱Apple Cider Shot
A bright palate cleanser - tangy, lightly sweet, and just enough acidity to reset the senses.
🌱Siam Spiced Lion’s Mane
The lion’s mane mushroom, infused with turmeric, galangal, torch ginger, red chili, coriander, and a touch of plant-based belacan “fish” seasoning, is marinated and fried to a crisp finish. Each bite echoes deep Thai flavour notes without ever veering into caricature.
🌱Golden Pineapple Fried Rice + Green Curry
The Shokaku short-grain rice is lustrous, adorned with raisins and cashews, and paired with plant floss that adds that umami thread. Accompanying it is a luscious green curry loaded with baby green eggplants and cherry tomatoes.
🌱Coconut Ice Cream with Red Ruby
Smooth coconut ice cream served with red ruby, jackfruit, and almond soil. Cool, nutty, and tropical - a refreshing end to the feast.
🌱Iced Lemongrass Pandan Cooler
Brown sugar-sweetened lemongrass jelly and popping water chestnut spheres in a fragrant pandan drink. Light, floral, and the perfect finale.
