From now till 30 November 2025, the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore brings a taste of Seoul to its elegant One-Ninety Bar with a Modern Korean Afternoon Tea, crafted in collaboration with Four Seasons Hotel Seoul’s OUL team. This limited-edition experience reimagines the classic afternoon tea through a refined Korean lens - bold, balanced and beautifully presented.

Kimchi Bomb
Double-smoked bacon paired with tangy kimchi for a rich, smoky bite.
Boston Lobster Brioche Roll
Tossed in gochujang aioli with Korean white kimchi slaw for gentle heat and crunch.
Braised Beef Oxtail Terrine
Glazed with galbi sauce and topped with quinoa popcorn for texture and umami.
Oyster King Mushroom Taco
Bulgogi-glazed mushrooms with fried tofu and perilla leaf pesto, a clever East-West crossover.
