Known for its innovative cocktails and bold flavors, this establishment has curated a special six-course dinner menu for Restaurant Week Spring 2025, priced at S$98++ per person:
1️⃣ Oysters & Sobrassada
The meal begins with fresh Japanese oysters topped with salmon roe, accompanied by shots of tomato consommé infused with tosazu—a bonito-infused vinegar—and spring onion oil. This dish offers a refreshing start, balancing briny and umami flavors.
2️⃣ Salmorejo
A chilled Spanish tomato soup, Salmorejo is rich and creamy, providing a smooth transition from the briny oysters to the heartier courses ahead.
3️⃣ Chorizo & Manchego Croquetas
These crispy croquettes combine the spicy depth of chorizo with the nutty richness of Manchego cheese, offering a delightful contrast of textures and flavors.
4️⃣ Mussels & Gambas Al Ajillo
New Zealand mussels and Japanese prawns are briefly cooked in a piping hot pan, then mixed in a house-made prawn broth of sofrito—a blend of tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic and served with a slice of toasted sourdough.
5️⃣ Choice of Grilled Iberico Collar, Dorada, or Charcoal Grilled Picanha
