Opened at RWS’s WEAVE enclave, JUMBO Premium is the brand’s seventh outlet and its first to elevate familiar favourites with a polished yet accessible touch. The space retains JUMBO’s signature warmth, enhanced with sleek wooden accents, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two VIP rooms for both corporate and family gatherings.

Dim sum runs from 9am to 5pm, and this is where JUMBO flexes a little creativity:

🥟Red Ruby Dumplings with Fresh Mushrooms and Black Truffle Sauce

Translucent, ruby-hued dumplings filled with tender wild mushrooms and zucchini, elevated by a rich, earthy black truffle sauce.

🥟Pan-Fried Iberico Pork Buns

Golden and crisp on the outside, soft within, these buns reveal juicy, savoury Iberico pork wrapped in a flavourful glaze.

🥟Chilli Crab Puffs

Buttery, flaky pastries encasing JUMBO’s signature chilli crab filling, delivering spice, sweetness, and crunch in every bite.

If JUMBO Premium is comfort dressed up, then Xing Yue Xuan represents JUMBO Group’s boldest leap yet. This is the brand’s first dedicated foray into premium Cantonese dining, and it feels every bit the part.

Every meal begins ceremonially: a rotating amuse-bouche (think scallop and prawn salad in kueh pie tee, or pickled cherry tomato) paired with the Honeycomb Ruby Tea, a bespoke oolong-jujube blend that sets a graceful tone.

From there, the journey unfolds:

🍗Double-boiled Fish Maw Kampung Chicken Soup

Hours of steaming and braising distilled into a creamy, nourishing broth studded with fish maw and morel mushrooms.

🥓Dong Po Pork Belly in Hakka Style

Tightly bound in bamboo leaf string and braised for six hours, melts on the tongue in a symphony of soy, fat and history.

🦀Xing Yue Xuan Fuss-Free Crab (Half Crab)

Choice of chilli, black pepper, or steamed custard rendition crowned with caviar.

🦐Flambéed Drunken Live Prawns

Fiery baijiu flames give way to prawns simmered in an aromatic herbal broth.

🍚Whole 3-head Abalone & Sea Cucumber in Fragrant Rice

A luxurious stone pot rice dish topped with tender sea cucumber and a whole 3-head abalone, rich in texture and umami depth.
