Hot on the heels of its much-loved Lobsterfest, Lime Restaurant is raising the indulgence bar with its most decadent showcase yet: an all-you-can-eat Wagyu buffet, paired with the iconic Seafood Symphony. Running every Thursday to Sunday, from now to 12 October 2025, this limited-time feast is nothing short of a surf-and-turf extravaganza.

Curated by Executive Chef Alvin Leong, the line-up is a true celebration of Wagyu’s melt-in-your-mouth richness and exquisite marbling. Across lunch, dinner, and Lime’s “Cheers O’Clock” afternoon buffet, diners can expect an exciting medley of global flavours:

🥩Japanese elegance: Miyazaki Wagyu grilled over Binchotan charcoal on a Konro grill, alongside a tender Korean-style Wagyu Tartare and comforting bowls of Wagyu Ramen from the live noodle station.

🥩Western indulgence: Slow-cooked MB6 Wagyu Striploin with Bordelaise sauce, Foie Gras Wagyu Burgers, and Pappardelle with Wagyu Ossobuco Ragout. Dinner brings exclusive highlights like Truffle Bone Marrow Risotto and Sichuan Pulled Wagyu Pizza.

🥩Asian inspirations: From Thai Massaman Wagyu Brisket Curry to Wok-Fried Wagyu Beef Cheek Hor Fun and a pillowy Steamed Korean BBQ Wagyu Bun, the spread captures familiar comforts with a luxe twist.

To balance the richness of the beef, Lime’s beloved Seafood Symphony returns in full force. Expect a dazzling display of Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, Sambal Stingray, Indonesian Curry Crab, Steamed Mussels in White Wine Sauce and more - a briny counterpoint that keeps the palate refreshed.
