From 8 to 10 May 2025, diners are in for a rare treat as Chef Aaron Tan of Man Fu Yuan teams up with Chef Yew Eng Tong of Alma by Juan Amador for a remarkable 4-hands dinner event titled ‘Ties That Bind’.

For the first time, Chef Eng Tong’s refined European creations—elegantly laced with Asian flair—will be paired with Chef Aaron’s modern take on classic Cantonese flavours. The result is a harmonious fusion of two distinct culinary worlds, brought together by years of camaraderie and shared passion.

This exclusive 7-course dinner is more than just a showcase of fine cuisine—it’s a heartfelt celebration of friendship, mutual respect, and culinary artistry. The menu brings together beloved signatures from both kitchens, along with never-before-seen collaborative dishes crafted just for this event.
