I went for the Elegant Set Menu, where at $228++ per person, it consists of the following:

An appetizer trio that dances on the palate – from the smoky allure of John Stone Irish salmon to the refreshing crab-tomato duet and the tender Chilled John Stone Dry-Aged beef paired with aged-citrus honey soya sauce.

An opulent symphony of braised golden bird's nest with velvety golden pumpkin superior stock essence.

Succulent John Stone Irish lamb loin, wok-fired to perfection, enrobed in aromatic Sarawak black pepper sauce. Served with Hong Kong kai lan.

Braised Irish Hampshire pork belly with South Africa 5-head abalone for a harmonious culinary symphony.

An indulgent fusion - Chinese ramen meets succulent Silver Hill Irish Duck and fresh rock lobster, served with XO sauce.
