Michelin-approved restaurant hails from Hong Kong!
@engroup_sg latest concept, @waen_yakiniku specializes in using the highest quality meat, including direct imported Miyazaki A4/5 Wagyu meats.
To whet our appetite, @waen_yakiniku serves Miyazaki A4/5 Wagyu Sashimi ($45) and Morioka Cold Noodles ($18). Followed by The Luxury Wagyu Beef Platter ($158), which is a must-order for all Wagyu lovers! It includes the Miyazaki Wagyu Sirloin, Miyazaki Wagyu Ribeye, Deluxe Miyazaki Marbled Wagyu Karubi and the Premium Australian Thick-Cut Wagyu Beef Tongue.
Exclusive to the Singapore’s outlet is the Wa-En Bar, which features a good selection of wines, whiskys and craft cocktails as well as all Miyazaki beef items such as Wagyu Tartare ($32), Wagyu Foie Gras Tacos ($22), Wagyu Saikoro Steak with Cold Chawanmushi & Foie Gras ($38) and Uni & Ikura on Truffle Inaniwa Cold Udon ($25). The wine list has a good selection of old and new world wines to pair with the meats and there are Islay whisky, Japanese and even Singapore Whisky on the menu. The highlight will definitely be the Miyazaki Wagyu Fat-washed Old Fashioned ($24), which will be garnished with a slice of Miyazaki wagyu.
