Tucked away in the heart of Orchard, Kamo by London Fat Duck masterfully blends Japanese finesse and Chinese soulfulness. While the name “Kamo” (which means “duck” in Japanese) hints at the restaurant’s anchor ingredient, the rest of the dishes each brings their own character.
🦐Crystal Prawn Dumpling (胶原蛋白虾饺)
Tiger prawns enveloped in delicate crystal skin, crowned with ebi sakura and ikura, and drizzled in a rich seafood (clam) sauce.
🦆 Signature Braised Duck (特色昆布卤鸭)
Half or whole duck slow-braised with Rishiri konbu, aged tangerine peel, and premium soy sauce, using richer London Fat Duck. Texture is luxuriously tender. Paired with taupok, egg, peanuts, and dips of green chilli–coriander and fermented soybean vinegar.
