KA-MON at Resorts World Sentosa is setting the stage for Singapore’s most electrifying Japanese grill experience.

Helmed by Chef Hal Yamashita, this one-of-a-kind restaurant masters three iconic grilling techniques: irori slow-cooks over a sunken charcoal hearth for deep richness, robatayaki sears over open flames for bold umami, and warayaki flash-grills over 900°C straw fire for an intense smoky finish.

The menu is a showcase of flames and finesse. The Tuna Wara Tataki is kissed by straw fire for a perfect smoky-charred balance, while irori grilling slow-cooks the Jumbo Tiger Prawn over charcoal, keeping it juicy and sweet with just a touch of sea salt and lemon.

Meanwhile, the A4 Kagoshima Beef Striploin meets the robatayaki, where binchotan charcoal locks in its rich juices, creating a caramelized crust and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness.

For the ultimate comfort dish, the Donabe rice pot steals the show — infused with grilled fish bone dashi and topped with the daily fresh catch from Nagasaki, releasing an aromatic billow of umami goodness.
