Come together and celebrate this Christmas with friends and family at Spice Brasserie, located at @parkroyalkitchener ! Look forward to a diverse selection of hearty holiday favorites created by Chef Patrick Ooi and his team, from 16 December 2022 till 2 January 2023.

Designed to capture the spirit of the season, the Christmas buffet will be brimming with glistening Glazed Honey Char Siew Style Ham with Pineapple, Slow Roast Angus Beef Striploin with Moroccan Spice (Roast Beef Prime Rib on Christmas Eve and Day) and Roasted Lamb Leg with Black Garlic and Rosemary. A yuletide twist’s to offer something spicy this festive season - Tandoori Oven-Baked Indian Murgh Malai Turkey Kebab with Mint Chutney. Rounding up the Christmas celebration with their White Chocolate Yule Log Cake with Raspberry Gelee and Pistachio Cream.

On top of the festive highlights, seafood lovers can indulge in unlimited servings of tantalizing Creamy Salted Egg Crab, Kam Heong Crab, Scallion White Pepper Crab and Singapore Chilli Crab! Their fresh Japanese Sashimi & Sushi is also something that you do not want to miss out on!

Spice Brasserie’s festive buffet is available for dine-in from 16 December 2022 to 2 January 2023, from $55 nett per adult and $27.50 nett per child. A Christmas Together Menu will be available for 2 days only, on 24 and 25 December 2022.
