Teppei Syokudo Galaxis outlet has recently launched a newly revamped menu under the supervision and consultation of a Japanese Michelin Bib chef.

Here’s what we tried:

🍣Teppei Premium Set $23

New signature Kaisendon featuring a delightful mix of unagi, salmon, tuna, cucumber, tamago and scallops. It comes with a small bowl of udon.

🍛Curry Teishoku set $18

Leaner cut pork or chicken katsu coated in a thin layer of crispy batter, served alongside Japanese curry.
