A Yuletide highlight featuring the shape of a Christmas tree, formed with an array of handmade sushi and maki delightsโ€”Yule ham & asparagus maki flavoured with furikake, cream cheese & asparagus maki, hana maki, Norwegian salmon sushi, aburi cream cheese smoked duck sushi, ebi sushi, inari sushi, ebikko gunkan, idako gunkan, wakame gunkan.

The Christmas Tree made up of kani maki, tamago maki and kappa maki generously topped with homemade cream cheese wasabi tobiko sauce.
