If you’re seeking an unforgettable getaway, glamping in the secluded wilds of New Zealand is a must! Imagine a cozy tent nestled in a lush green valley, where the only sounds are the gentle rustling of leaves and the occasional moo from a nearby ox. It’s a tranquil paradise, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the charming sight of friendly goats frolicking nearby, their playful antics adding a whimsical touch to our stay. The tent was incredibly well-appointed, featuring comfy heated bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a plush sofa, and even a small dining area.

Each morning, we awoke to the soft sounds of nature, watching herds of ox doing their routine morning jog and lazily munching on grass just outside our tent. At night, the stars should supposedly lit up the sky like a glittering blanket, providing the perfect backdrop for roasting marshmallows around the fire. The upper deck filled with sun beds is ideal for stargazing; with a premium telescope to marvel at the constellations and distant galaxies - almost like your own private observatory!

However, one downside was that it got quite chilly during winter since the tent wasn’t heated. While we loved the cozy atmosphere, the cold was pretty unbearable!

There’s also a outdoor bathtub, a spacious lounge area and a huge fire pit which we didn’t get to use at all due to the freezing cold and rainy weather.

There’s something magical about being so close to nature, away from human, technology and noise. This experience in New Zealand is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired - it will have you dreaming of your next visit before you even leave!
