Tomato Gazpacho 🍅

The gazpacho was smooth, with mild basil taste and slightly sourish. It was supposed to be served with coppa ham but seems like it’s missing. This looks like a healthy soup especially more so without the coppa ham.

As gazpacho is served cold, its refreshing and complex taste is especially suitable for Singapore’s warm weather.

This dish serves as a good appetizer but not one that I’ll go for again due to personal preferences (gazpacho is just not for me!).
