Absolutely love it! The rich custard base containing chunky pieces of sea coconut, was topped with a crisp layer of caramelised sugar. The flavors were very well-played here. The sweetness from the creamy luscious custard base balance out the tinge of sourness from the sour cream ice cream and kaffir lime foam, ending it off with a zesty refreshing note.
Truly a masterpiece that I wish to taste again🌟!
