Local Snapper / Barramudi 🐟

Was told that they ran out of snapper, hence they replaced it with barramudi. Nonetheless, the barramudi was very fresh. The addition of clams elevated the freshness and sweetness of the dish. Also, I enjoyed the whey sauce as it’s refreshing and of suitable thickness.

Overall, the barramudi pairs really well with the soy pickled tomato, clams and whey sauce.
