Alchemy Foodtech x Wooshi — High-Fibre Sushi Rolls

Good news folks! @alchemyfoodtech has partnered up with new sushi roll and bowl brand @wooshisg , to bring us healthier yet equally tasty rolls and bowls!

@wooshisg adds 𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗲™️ 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 into their Japanese rice to lower the glycemic index and increases fibre content to 10x that of white rice. I didn’t taste any difference in terms of flavor and texture nor do I spot any difference in appearance. But it does gives me the reassurance to enjoy my carbohydrates healthily.

If you can’t make up your mind, @wooshisg has a selection of 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐬 for you to pick from! Otherwise, you can choose 𝐌𝐘𝐎 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐬 which allows you to create a roll/bowl to your own liking. I like how they offer an extensive range of fresh ingredients for you to choose from! Apart from mains, they have desserts such as 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧’ 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 which consists of Nutella and Banana! This reminds me of a similar dessert I had in United States. It’s definitely a sweet way to end off the fresh, delicious and healthy meal!
