Perched on the 25th floor with sweeping views of the Bugis skyline, Alley on 25 has always been known for its relaxed “street dining in the sky” concept. Their Shelllebration Buffet elevates the experience with a seafood-focused spread featuring freshly shucked oysters, prawns, crabs, salmon and an assortment of cooked seafood dishes.

Beyond the seafood station, there was Western and Asian favourites, salads, cheeses and a tempting dessert selection.

Shelllebration is not the largest seafood buffet in Singapore. Instead, it focuses on a more curated selection where quality takes precedence over sheer quantity.
