Allora’s new Endless Breakfast at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport takes a different approach to the usual hotel brunch. Instead of making repeated trips to a buffet line, everything is made to order and served straight to the table in small plates, so you can work through the menu at your own pace and simply order another round whenever you’re ready.

The feast starts even before your first order arrives with refillable Welcome Bites like Avocado Smoked Salmon Pizzetta, Scallop Tartare and Angel Hair Cold Pesto Pasta. From there, the menu moves between familiar brunch favourites such as Truffle Scrambled Eggs on Avocado Toast, Korean Chicken & Waffles and Shakshuka, with the latter arriving in a playful eggshell presentation.

Where things get more interesting is Allora’s mash-up of Italian cooking and familiar Singapore flavours. The Bak Chor Ragu Mee brings together the comfort of bak chor mee with a richer Italian-style ragu, while the Nasi Lemak Risotto and Laksa Pizza sound unconventional on paper but fit surprisingly naturally with Allora’s Italian identity. It makes the brunch feel much more distinctive than simply having eggs, pancakes and pastries on repeat. There are also premium upgrades such as Steak & Eggs and Crab Scramble, plus options to add braised beef to the Scallion Oil Noodles or half a lobster to the Laksa Pizza.

Definitely leave some room for dessert because even the sweets continue the local-meets-Western theme. Kaya-Misu gives tiramisu a kaya spin, alongside more fun brunch desserts including Bingsu, Banana Split and Ice-Cream Cookie Sandwiches. Coffees, teas, juices and specialty drinks are included in the wider selection, while alcoholic drinks are available with a top-up.
