Amelia Carrot Cake — CNY 2021 Menu

As she has been cooking for her family and friends every Chinese New Year, be assured that @amelia_carrot_cake carrot cakes are up to par. Her carrot cakes were filled with generous amount of ingredients - chinese sausages, dried mushroom and shrimps! They are available in 3 flavors - classic, pumpkin and yam.

They come in cold packaging and you can either steam or pan fry it! I tried both and I highly recommend pan frying as it brings out the flavors of the carrot cake! But of course, the healthier option is to steam it😉!

Also, don’t snooze on their rice dumplings! Though carrot cake is their specialty, their dumplings are really good as well. I don’t fancy nonya dumpling usually as they tend to be too sweet and I prefer my dumplings to be savoury. However, I gotta admit I really enjoyed @amelia_carrot_cake Blue Pea Nonya Dumpling! It’s really flavorful with the right amount of sweetness and savouriness👍🏻.

A really good snack or breakfast for the family to enjoy!
