Anyhowcanlah — Homemade Sambal Belacan Chilli Sauce

After the closure of his skewer restaurant, Alson continued his passion for food by selling his special homemade 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 sauce through @anyhowcanlah .

It was a night of sambal feast with @anyhowcanlah Sambal Belacan Chilli sauce! We had 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙆𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜, 𝙎𝙩𝙞𝙧-𝙛𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨 and 𝘽𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙨 to dip into the Sambal Belacan Chilli Sauce. It all goes so well with a warm bowl of rice!

@anyhowcanlah Sambal Belacan Chilli Sauce is spicy, tangy and not too salty, a refreshing tweak to the usual Sambal Belacan Chilli Sauce. I think this chilli sauce is super suitable for steamboat! You can clearly taste the addition of lime in it which reminds me a little of Thai Chilli Sauce. With that being said, @anyhowcanlah has just rolled out a new sauce, Thai Green Chilli!
