Celebrate the warmth this festive season at @babachews in @hotelindigosingapore . This year’s theme ‘The First Noël’, pays homage to the saying ‘The family who feasts together, stays together’. As the restaurant decks out in customary red, green and gold décor to create a rustic holiday atmosphere, their specially curated festive menu hopes to unite families during a special time of togetherness, celebrated with Modern Asian and Western cuisine.

Highlights include:

❄️Porchetta

Rolled pork belly stuffed with chestnuts, roasted over a bed of winter root vegetables. (400g at $91 nett / 800g at $161 nett)

❄️Cranberry Turkey Bangers & Mash

Marinated with local herbs and spiced turkey sausages served with fluffy garlic mashed potatoes, topped with a decadent chicken and sweet refreshing cranberry Jus (500g at $48 nett / 1Kg at $75 nett)

❄️Macadamia White Chocolate Passion

A whimsical creation of white chocolate couvertures, passionfruit purée and nutty macadamia paste (900g at $91 nett)

❄️Pork Belly Skewers

In-house brined and 24 hours sous-vide pork belly. Served with grilled chunky pineapple and onions. Alongside with spiced rice crackers and satay dipping sauce. (6 sticks at $80 nett / 12 sticks at $139 nett)

❄️Salmon Wellington

Cradled in a rich buttery puff pastry and served with root vegetable roast, demi-glazed with tangy and creamy sriracha velouté (400g at $102 nett / 800g at $182 nett)
