Rojak

We spotted this little cart stall selling rojak while enjoying sunset at Barelang Bridge,. Was hesitant at first, but we decided to give it a try. Soooo glad that we decided to try it!! One of the tastier rojak I’ve tried.

The ingredients used are slightly different from Singapore’s. This is an entirely fruits-based rojak. There’s a wide variety of fruits in it such as pineapple, papaya, guava etc. The sauce was so good!! The sauce was made on the spot upon ordering. Fresh, sweet and savory! Definitely umami😋
