This was part of the Christmas Special Trolley Service. The thick slices of roasted turkey were served with brussels sprouts, baby carrots, sweet potatoes and drenched in cranberry sauce.
I always hesitate in getting turkey meat as they are always dry and tough. However, Basilico’s roasted turkey was neither dry nor tough! They were moist, tender and flavorful. If only I’d more stomach space, I wouldn’t hesitate in getting another slice of it!
