Beast & Butterflies — New Brunch Menu at M Social

Located within @msocialsingapore , @beastandbutterflies is an Asian Cuisine restaurant at Robertson Quay, offering alfresco-style dining with the scenic view of Singapore River as backdrop.

Rooted in the belief that food and drink bring people together, @beastandbutterflies constantly serve new styles and fusion food creations for the community. They have recently launched a new menu (brunch, lunch & dinner) and here’s what we tried:

🌟𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐆𝐄

Teochew-Style Lobster Rice Porridge in Crab Broth, Braised Baby Abalone, Crispy

Conpoy, Bonito Flakes, Fried Shredded Ginger, Fresh Scallions. The broth was really robust and flavourful with hints of sweetness from the seafood. A very comforting bowl of pao fan!

🌟𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐏𝐘 𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐊𝐍𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐄(Half)

Oven Roasted Pork Knuckle, Sesame Soy Asian Sauerkraut, Spicy Nam Jim Sauce. This was amazing! Super crispy, juicy and tender!

🌟𝐌𝐎𝐋𝐓𝐄𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐊𝐄

Instead of the usual molten chocolate cake, it comes with a mini Magnum chocolate ice-cream. This enhances the richness of the dessert and adds a nice touch on the presentation.
