@benirbakes is a new HBB specialising in burnt cheesecake. Their burnt cheesecakes are pretty unique as they combine the burnt caramelised top from Basque Burnt Cheesecake and the Biscuit Base from New York Cheesecake. Moreover, most of their cheesecakes have an added layer of flavour in between!

I tried the following flavors:

๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š-๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ

Nutella cheesecake. The cheesecake tastes very decadent with the addition of a layer of rich hazelnut spread.

๐’๐จ-๐˜๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฒ

Yam cheesecake. An additional layer of their specially crafted creamy yam. Never thought that Iโ€™ll enjoy this so much but the layer of yam was so smooth and it goes so well with the cheesecake!

Rum & Raisin cheesecake. My first time trying a rum-infused burnt cheesecake and I thoroughly enjoyed the burst of rum aroma in every bite!

๐…๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ & ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐‚๐š๐ค๐ž

This festive treat is especially suitable for the upcoming Christmas! Loaded with a generous amount of fruits and nuts, their fruit & nuts cake were moist and of suitable sweetness. However, I couldnโ€™t taste any rum in it so if you fancy, do request for an extra kick of rum!

I absolutely love the textural contrast between the creamy cheesecake and the crunchy base! Such an awesome idea from @benirbakes ! Hurry check them out now!
