Bistro Aseana — Fusion Dining at Merlion Park

Beautifully located at the Merlion Park, @bistroaseana offers a breathtaking view of the Singapore skyline while enjoying a delectable meal.

Although I enjoyed all the dishes, the highly recommended ones (my favourites) are definitely the salmon cubes in passionfruit sambal and the lemongrass marinated pork neck!

Salmon Cubes in Passionfruit Sambal

An ingenious innovation on the sauce - passionfruit with sambal. Pairing the fruity, sweet and mildy spicy sauce with the perfectly grilled salmon cubes was not only refreshing but scrumptious too! Love the crisp salmon skin👍🏻.

Lemongrass Marinated Pork Neck

First time trying pork neck and all I have to say is that it’s super tender! There’s a good ratio of fats to meat and the pork neck meat have a super good bite to it. The lemongrass topping was very fragrant and the meat has mild sweetness to it as lemongrass syrup was used to grill the meat. Priced at $12.90, it’s definitely a smoking deal🔥!

Another dish to highlight is the Jumbo Satay! Although slightly pricey, they are very meaty and super tender! The house-made nasi-impit (compressed rice) was super soft too.

The whole dining experience at @bistroaseana was really pleasant with the friendly and attentive service provided.
