Their 4 course meal comes with 2 starters of your choice. Featured here are the ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ก, ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ and ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐๐ค ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ. I especially enjoyed the Yellowtail Kingfish served with Kingfish carpaccio, lemon capers dressing, caviar, pomegranate and wakame as itโs super fresh and appetizing! The Pan Seared Scallops is pretty interesting as the plump and sweet scallop was served atop a bed of peas puree, which makes the dish tastes sweet and refreshing just like spring!
Next, diners will have a main dish of their choice. Featured here are the ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐จ๐ข๐ง, ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ and ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ. Served with truffle mash, the Grilled Australian Tenderloin is definitely my top favourite because topping the tender and succulent steak with aromatic truffle mash is just so good! Following closely behind is the delightfully fresh tasting Pan Seared Salmon with dill butter sauce! Do note that Barramundi will be served for Restaurant Week Menu.
Lastly, end off your sumptuous meal with their house-made desserts, either the ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ง๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ค๐ or the ๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ญ. I was super intrigued by their Almond Ice Nougat Parfait! Hidden within the smooth, firm and icy parfait are chunks of almond nuts! Love this refreshing creation as the flavors come together in harmony, complemented by the added crunch factor for textural contrast. Regardless of which dessert you choose to go with, a sweet ending is guaranteed.
