🍞𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐢

A riff on Peanut Ice Cream Roll - featuring traditional peanut crisp made from caramelised sugar and peanuts, and stretchy-soft mochi rolled up in a sweet bun. Swipe for mochi pull!

🍞𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐧

Inspired by the Taiwanese Pepper Buns, this is a crisp sesame bun generously stuffed with a minced pork filling redolent of a wildly-aromatic and punchy white and black pepper mix, and yellow onions.

🍞𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐲

Brimming with all the characteristic flavours of the Taiwanese classic comfort dish, Sesame Oil Chicken! A mouthwatering bun filled with fragrant sauteed chicken seasoned with rice wine and topped with sweet wolfberries, melted gouda and mozzarella.

🍞𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨

A danish pastry topped with a crackly and crunchy crust and complemented by a thick, milk filling packing rich, buttery and milky flavours.

🍞𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐋𝐮𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠

A buttery bread that is crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside which tastes good, even on its own.

🍰𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨

A fluffy vanilla chiffon enveloping mango-infused panna cotta, refreshing mango pineapple coulis and Chantilly cream, then topped with cheese sauce, dried pineapples and a sprig of fresh rosemary for a lovely finish.

🍮𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

A combination of mango and vanilla panna cotta with a splash of tangy-sweet mango sauce in a handy jar.
