Black King & White King I prefer black to white king as the addition of fried garlic paste to the original Tonkotsu broth elevates the flavor of the bowl

I prefer black to white king as the addition of fried garlic paste to the original Tonkotsu broth elevates the flavor of the bowl of ramen. As usual, the meat was very tender and flavorful! Both bowls of ramen were topped with bonito flakes and a huge amount of cabbages.
I personally don’t fancy the idea of cabbages with ramen though. Hence, I prefer their tonkotsu black ramen to black king! I’d recommend you getting their normal tonkotsu ramen series as they are somehow more flavorful too and while you’re there, don’t forget to get some xiao long bao from @youpengxlb !
