You’ll definitely need to try this if you’re a fan of biscoff! Beautifully presented with a generous amount of biscoff crumbs and pipettes lying atop the layers of moist sponge cake and cream cheese, and ending off with a crunchy lotus cookie base. It’s no surprise that the biscoff flavour is prominent. I really like how crunchy yet soft and smooth the cake was and how light it tasted - suitably sweet and not cloying at all.

𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐬

Each chouquette was beautifully baked to a golden brown colour and topped with tiny pearl sugars. Soft, fluffy and light, you could just pop one after another into your mouth!
