Indulge in the soft gula melaka cake baked with unrefined gula melaka and olive oil. I like it that the cake was layered with sago pudding and young coconut meat compote, then frosted with light coconut whipped cream and finished with coconut flakes. Truly a sweet treat to be enjoyed with your loved ones this National Day!
