Christmas Brioche Wreath with Spinach Onion Cheese Dip 🍞

A wonderfully curated masterpiece that’s bound to beautify any christmas table spread🤩. The soft and fluffy brioche buns pair superbly well with the creamy spinach onion cheese dip! It’s super addictive and it’s just so hard to stop at one! Lightly toast the brioche buns to get that light crisp and warm, fluffy feels! Such a hearty appetizer to start the festive gatherings!

Honey Cinnamon Glazed Pork Belly 🍖

The slow-roasted pork belly was stuffed with smokey paprika chorizo, and served with Black Forest relish of cherries & apples and Bavarian mustard. The pork belly was not only fragrant, but very tender and flavorful too. I personally prefer pairing the meat and sausage with the Bavarian mustard - adding that mildy (not overly) sweet touch to the savoury meat.

Flourless Chocolate Log Cake 🍰

Made with premium quality couverture dark chocolate, the flourless chocolate sponge cake was moist and coated with a decadent layer of chocolatey cream cheese. Chocolate lovers, you’ll definitely adore it! It’s super rich and chocolatey - truly a pure indulgence✨.
