I super love this dish! Wonderfully executed right from the presentation of the dish, down to the taste of each individual food item. The soy honey-glazed pork belly was super flavorful, moist and tender! Trust me when I say itโs super well-marbled with melt-in-your-mouth texture๐! It goes really well with the creamy and fragrant pumpkin mash. I personally love the touch of the sweet potato chips to add texture to the pumpkin mash as well as to elevate the overall presentation of the dish.
