Char Siu Ajiama Shoyu Soba 🍜

Was kinda excited to try the World’s First Michelin starred ramen! Tsuta dining concept is a little different - You’ll have to place your order and make your payment via the kiosk at the entrance. The server will then show you to your seats shortly.

This was my first time trying shoyu broth (since Tsuta is famous for it). The broth was pretty flavorful, with a slight distinct truffle taste. The meat was SOOO GOOD!! And the Ajitama egg was perfect!

It’s a pretty decent bowl of ramen. Worth a try!
