Chocolate Banoffee Cake 🍌

This was Cedele’s special offering for Father’s Day 2020. This luxurious chocolate banoffee cake was really fragrant!

The soft and moist caramel cake layers were separated by a layer of chunky cameralised bananas. The part that I love most about this cake was that the salted caramel cream cheese layer was drenched in 70% dark couverture chocolate! Giving the cake an extra kick of indulgence😌

The cake tasted pretty light and it was suitably sweet. The salted caramel and dark chocolate flavors paired off really well so you don’t feel gelat eating it!
