Chouxandbakes — MSW Durian Choux au Craquelin

With a passion to bake unique treats for family and friends during the durian season, @chouxandbakes invented her own recipe of 𝐌𝐒𝐖 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐱 𝐚𝐮 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧.

Unlike frozen durian choux puffs that’s offered in the market, @chouxandbakes 𝐌𝐒𝐖 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐱 𝐚𝐮 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 are freshly baked to order with all ingredients (including MSW durian purée) prepared on the same day of delivery. The thick, fragrant and creamy durian oozes out into your mouth as you sink your teeth in. Love the light and crisp crust that adds a little texture to the soft and delicious puff.

Fret not if you’re not a fan of durian as @chouxandbakes has something in store for you - 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬! I tried an assortment of fruit tarts - 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮, 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮, 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙆𝙞𝙬𝙞 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮. Apart from their custard being too watery, the tarts were otherwise a beautiful and delicious treat to both my eyes and stomach! Crunchy and sturdy crust coupled with a not too sweet custard and topped with a generous amount of fresh fruits - this is a pastry to be enjoyed across all ages!
