It’s always satisfying to enjoy a bubbling hot pot session with loved ones. @cocasingapore has made it easier with their Hot Pot Buffet which boasts a range of fresh ingredients to choose from!

@cocasingapore marries authentic Thai cuisine with traditional elements of Cantonese home-style cooking, creating distinctive flavours which resonated well with many through the decades (since 1987). Apart from an endless array of seafood hotpot ingredients, there’s also @cocasingapore scrumptious House Specialties such as Fish Glue, Shrimp Paste and Handmade Dumplings, along with fresh seasonal vegetables and meat offerings.

I tried the new 𝐇𝐮𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐨 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐱 𝐏𝐨𝐭. This broth is concocted with Hua Diao (a Chinese rice wine) and other condiments to enhance the aroma and taste of the broth. It’s a really comforting and flavourful broth to slurp on! Be prepared for a spectacular show as the waiter lights up the bowl of tender chicken with fire, creating a blazing “Phoenix”, before adding them into the broth. Swipe to watch the blazing show!

I paired the chicken broth with 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐦 𝐘𝐮𝐦 broth. They have managed the flavours of the broth really well, with a suitable level of sourness and spiciness, igniting your taste buds while you slurp on it.

@cocasingapore Suntec City outlet houses a contemporary-clean and elegant décor. Do visit them in the afternoon if you fancy a splendid view of the Suntec Fountain of Wealth while enjoying the pipping hot meal.
