Happy 56th Birthday Singapore🇸🇬! Together, Our Singapore Spirit❤️.

To celebrate this joyous occasion as well as to thank all of you for tuning in to my (food) adventures, I’ll be collaborating with Chef Danny from @craftandfood to bring to you luxurious and decadent desserts to be enjoyed with your loved ones.

Starting off with Chef Danny’s favourite, 𝐌𝐒𝐖 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐱 𝐚𝐮 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧. Each box consists of 12 pieces of mini durian choux puffs. Every choux puff contain a generous amount of rich, creamy, fragrant and smooth MSW durian cream filling. Unique to all choux pastry, the puff has a crumbly crust and Chef Danny topped it up with hazelnut and pecan brittle for an extra crunch! These mini goodies from @craftandfood are easily one of the best MSW Durian Choux I’ve had!

Next, will be the all-time classics favourite, 𝐋𝐚𝐌𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐬 - Chocolate and banana muffins filled with cream cheese filling and topped with hazelnut and pecan brittle with candied orange peel. I heated it up briefly before consuming for a lava cream cheese experience. This is definitely an elevated experience from the usual humble muffins.
