Danny was greatly inspired to become a Chef upon stumbling onto a cooking show during his childhood days. To achieve his dreams, he enrolled into a culinary school and worked at local and oversea restaurants.

To allow himself to incorporate and experiment with all the aspects from the different cuisines he’d learnt, Danny ventured into a private dining business. Based on his travelling escapades, he specially curated a dining experience that combines the simplicity of Nepalese cuisine and the sophistication of Bhutanese cuisine.
