The chicken was served with a lid on. When the waiter removed the lid, a cloud of smoke was revealed, with a hint of pu-er fragrance.

The skin was crisp and has the smoked taste to it. The pu-er taste/fragrance was very mild. The chicken meat was really tender and has a light honey taste to it.
