Dang Gui Roast Duck | 福鹤迎春 (明炉当归烧鸭)

Was kinda surprised as the duck meat was really tender and the skin was thin, crispy and flavorful.

Sweet and Sour Pork with Fresh Pineapple | 鸿运当头 (凤梨咕噜肉)

Was also pleasantly surprised by this dish as the pork was really soft! The sweet and sour sauce was very tasty as well.

Sautéed King Grouper Fillet with Black Garlic | 年年有鱼 (黑蒜炒龙趸球)

The fish was fresh, soft and full of black garlic flavor.

Sautéed Beef Tenderloin Cubes with Asparagus and White Pepper Sauce | 如意吉祥 (白胡椒芦笋牛肉粒)

The beef cubes were really tender. Love the asparagus as it was fresh, light and crunchy.

Drunken Prawns

Wasn’t quite looking forward to this dish at first because I didn’t want to dirty my hands. To my pleasant surprise, they had already peel the prawns for us, allowing us to enjoy the prawns without having to dirty our hands👏🏻 The soup was kinda strong as it was pretty bitter.

Yàn Signature Braised Rice Vermicelli withShrimps, Fish and Salted Fish | 宴海鲜焖米粉

Super flavorful! It looks very simple and plain but it’s full of flavor. There’s a suitable amount of wok hey taste in it.

Pan-fried Nian Gao with Shredded Coconut | 香煎年糕

Hmm.. there’s no coconut in it but instead there’s peanuts! Tastes like muah-chi.

Chilled Mango Cream withSago and Freshly Peeled Pomelo | 杨枝甘露

Didn’t managed to capture all the dishes that we ate, but had an enjoyable cny lunch there. Food was good😋
